Training and development is proactively managed in accordance with a structured CITB approved Training Plan.

APS supports the Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS)  and 100% of our site workforce has CSCS  cards for their relevant disciplines.

The Company is signed up to the Government’s Skills Pledge to actively encourage and support its employees in gaining the required skills and qualifications.
